The City of Pineville, Missouri, is located in extreme Southwest corner of Missouri at the junction of ‘Three Rivers’. The Little Sugar Creek and Big Sugar Creek merge and form the Elk River. Pineville sees thousands of tourists each week who visit our many public river access points and campgrounds.

This growing community is just seven miles north of the Arkansas state line. Population projections estimate Pineville has tremendous growth potential in the immediate future because the urban sprawl from northwest Arkansas continues to move north at a rapid pace. Pineville leadership is working diligently to promote and provide opportunities for business growth.

Pineville, Missouri is also the County Seat for McDonald County, Missouri, and the “Tourist Welcome Center” in the “New City Hall” right off the square.

The City of Pineville is currently searching for a self-motivated individual who is detail oriented to fill a full time Office Clerk position. Applicants must have prior clerical experience as well as excellent money handling skills. Applicants seriously considered for the position will be required to undergo a thorough background check including a criminal history investigation. Drug testing will be required. The Pineville Community Center is located at 602 Jesse James Rd. It has a beautiful large kitchen, an open room to have parties, weddings, and meetings and a men’s and women’s restroom.

The cost to rent the building is as follows:

$20.00 an hour with a max of $180.00 all parties/ events minimum of 4-hour rental and all other meetings minimum of 2-hour rental. 

The City asks for you to pick the time frame you will need from the moment you need in there to set up to the moment you will be leaving the building. This building at times is double and triple booked in one day so please don’t expect to get longer than you reserve it for. When reserving the building, half the cost is due up front to hold the date and the other half is due when you pick up the key. The deposit is nonrefundable if something happens, and you decide to cancel.
