Requests for recommendations can be faxed in to 417-223-4366 addressed to the Prosecuting Attorney or mailed in to our office at:

and include the following:
- A copy of your entry of appearance filed with the court.
- Attorney request form.
- Any relevant documentation that would assist the prosecutor in making a recommendation, i.e. proof of insurance, registration, reinstatement etc…
Counsel will receive a written recommendation from the prosecutor by fax or email with a new court date. It is counsel’s responsibility to notify the defendant of the recommendation. If the recommendation is not accepted and paid in full by the date on the recommendation, it is counsel’s responsibility to contact the Court to obtain a continuance.
