The Building Inspector is responsible for the following:
- Inspections on Residential and Commercial Buildings
- Building permits
- Contractor Registration
- RV Permit
- Fence Permits
To apply for a building permit or contractor’s license online please click here. An account will need to be created but then all request for inspections and renewals will be done through email. If you have any questions, please contact City Hall at 417-223-4368 ext. 105.
To obtain a contractor’s license please print and fill out the Application. The city adopted the International Building Codes in 2005 for more information please feel free to contact me at the number listed above.
